The Top500Guide.com is part of the Internet Retailer family of products, which includes Internet Retailer magazine, InternetRetailer.com, IRNewsLink, the Internet Retailer Conference & Exhibition, the Internet Retailer Web Design Conference, and many more publications and conferences. Top500Guide.com has been with Americaneagle.com since its initial design in 2007. Their site was redesigned in 2012 and now features the idev Website Platform as well as the idev Content Management system, idev smart search, and a complete redesign of the layout with a more web-friendly interface.

Summary

Internet Retailer had Americaneagle.com design and develop a website that allows subscribers of the Top 500 access to content about the Top 500 largest retail websites. In order to let their subscribers quickly find a specific retailer, Internet Retailer implemented Americaneagle.com’s idev® Intelligent Search. Internet Retailer also allows people to subscribe online. Using Americaneagle.com’s idev® E-Commerce platform they are able to process subscriptions through the site.

Results

The Top 500 experienced strong performance in the year after they redesigned their website with Americaneagle.com. Top 500 had a 30% increase in user sessions, with 14% being an increase in new-unique sessions. More consumers are interested in Top 500’s website and products with their new, easy to navigate site. With 52% more new users from the year before their redesign, the new website has truly helped Top 500’s website performance.
