Last week, Americaneagle.com was fortunate to sponsor the NiUG Discovery Conference at the Marriott Crystal City in Arlington, VA. This yearly event is a chance for us to reconnect with the iMIS User Community and our many industry partners, educate ourselves on the latest and greatest regarding iMIS 20 and the RiSE CMS, and share how Americaneagle.com can maximize investments in the iMIS platform with our services.
The three-day event was full of hands-on training opportunities, product developments, and discussions around new ways to market to members to increase membership and boost event attendance. The keynote, delivered by Rory Aplanalp, galvanized attendees to make the most of their time and focus on the relationships and connections that can make their organizations successful. Monday night concluded with a great networking session at the Crystal City Sports Pub with some delicious eats – those crabcakes were awesome! Tuesday was another full day of incredible sessions and discussions, but the evening dinner cruise on the Potomac around the National Monuments really takes the cake. Even though those of us based out of DC see them all the time, the monuments at sunset are a sight to behold.
We’re grateful to be part of such a close knit community and will continue to be present for these NiUG events. A big thanks to ASI for putting on such a great event, we can’t wait to see you next year!
