An improved Email Experience Manager (EXM)
With the release of Sitecore 9.0 Update 1, businesses no longer need to install a separate product for EXM. Instead, Sitecore included EXM in their product installation. To continue in aiding the improvement of businesses, Sitecore enhanced their EXM in Version 9.0 Update 2. Now, EXM supports Mongo and provides a migration guide to show users how to easily move all of their content to the new Sitecore 9.0.
New Sitecore Forms Module
In the newest update of Sitecore 9.0, WffM is replaced with a new Sitecore Forms module. In this new module, Sitecore Forms does not cause the Internet Explorer to crash on the user nor cause the user to waste time selecting each client language when looking for a specific form application. All of these issues with the Sitecore Forms module were resolved in update 2 of Sitecore 9.0.
Enhanced Marketing Automation & Foundation
Sitecore 9.0 Update 2 also offers businesses with numerous improvements in their marketing automation and foundation. Such improvements include easily adding contacts to your marketing automation campaign as well as more efficient methods to handle failed contact merges. The enhanced marketing foundation features on Sitecore 9.0 Update 2 can even copy interactions to the target contact of a contact merge.
