Park Ridge Public Library receives Best Website Award from the Illinois Library Association

Park Ridge CHICAGO, IL – November 1, 2011– Americaneagle.com, a leading website design, development and hosting company, announced today that the Park Ridge Public Library was awarded "Best Website" from the  Illinois Library Association’s (ILA) Excellence in Marketing and Public Relations contest. These marketing and public relations achievement awards were determined by the Marketing committee of ILA and were honored to innovative and effective marketing initiatives statewide.

Park Ridge Public Library partnered with Americaneagle.com to develop a website that would enable engaging online community interaction outside of the physical location of the library. They recently continued this expansion with the launch of a mobile-friendly website. Patrons are now able to check library hours, click to call, or check out the latest events on their mobile device via a mobile-friendly version of the site.
